On Your Marks (O.Y.M.) is a youth‑development nonprofit dedicated to educating, encouraging, and empowering young men to become leaders in their homes, schools, and communities. Through mentorship, structured programs, and real‑world skill building, we help boys grow into confident, disciplined, purpose‑driven young men.
